As a practicing artist, I find the most effective and rewarding method of teaching relies on gentle and steady encouragement where you are allowed to develop your own ideas, working in your own chosen mediums, in a relaxed and creative environment. More often than not it can be the sheer diversity and range of work produced by the class that can inspire and enlighten along the way.
